Courage or just plain shameless?

For example: Two people, A and B, both has the same problems and utilized the same solution.

Enacted solution: Ask a friend that they betrayed for help.

Person A - feels guilty about the betrayal. Can't even bring themselves to face friend.

Person B - feels that they didn't betrayed that friend aka self denial. Thinks that asking for help is a natural thing.

So same situation, different characters.

A is courageous.
B is shameless.
So i can't say 'asking for help' is courageous. To me, it depends on the person.

Its like asking me to pick up a spider and asking Novi to pick up a spider.
If i picked it up, it would be normal to me, because i'm not afraid of it and i'm neutral to it. It doesn't take any courage for me to pick it up. I just do it.

Whereas if Novi was the one who picked it up, i would say she is courageous because she is dead scared of them. She screams if she sees one.

Its hard to tell whether someone is courageous or shameless eh?

Same motives
Same approach
Different mentality

it makes all the difference in the world.
